Post Image We had a dump of snow last night so today's 6K walk was challenging ... a little slippery and some deep snow to navigate through.  The good news is that when you go out in winter weather you are burning more calories while you keep yourself warm and in balance in challenging conditions ... so more good news is a benefit increase of approximately 30% when you winter walk30 ( or more).
