We had a great K W Walking Classic Promotions meeting today and ... drum roll ... we have decided to give away a Blackberry Playbook to one lucky person who has registered for the K W Walking Classic before August first!!!
All of those who have previously registered are eligible to win but if you haven't made this commitment to fitness you can register and get your name in for the draw! At midnight on July 31st we will put all of the registrants in a hat and pull some lucky name ... it could be you.

We are out the door again with our puppy Annie for a twirl around the block.  It has been a hot day and it is cool enough to get out there.
