Day 29 Stormy weather challenges your walk30
It has been a very interesting day listening to the wind whip around the house and keeping an eye on the newscasts about hurricane Sandy. New York has had a great deal of damage and water surging into the city while we are feeling the wind that accompanies this storm. All in all it has not been an inviting day for a walk of any kind. I pulled out my Walk at Home video and did my walk30 in the rec room. Actually it was a fast paced really energetic walk!When all else fails there is always a way to get a walk in.
