Day 27 Just a simple walk30 today
Over the past months of writing this blog and developing this daily walk30 habit I have tried to make my walks varied and interesting.
But sometimes the end of a busy day just happens and the walk30 needs to be done ... so you just go out and walk ... for thirty minutes. It doesn't have to be complicated and the great thing is that it is the perfect way to clear away the mental clutter that fills your head from a busy day.

ReplyDeleteI did my 30 today but there was a lot of ice and snow where I walk!
We were there last year in March and it was a beautiful day ... we were in a small village by the lake near Geneva. Walking seems to be the best way to really see an area.
ReplyDeleteWe are really dealing with a lot of ice these days ... it melts in the daytime and it freezes up again .... frustrating for sure.
