Day 22 Last New Albany Walk30
Our visit to Albany is done and we are heading back to Kitchener / Waterloo with a lot of information and more than a few new friends. We spent the day and evening with more members of the New Albany community and learned about many of the wellness activities and initiatives that are happening in this vibrant city. We have been treated to some amazing cuisine and endless hospitality ... a huge thank you to all of those who gave up their precious time to help us to understand the details around the New Albany Walking Classic and beyond. A huge thank you to Dr. Phil Heit for making it all happen.I have lots of pictures but I can't seem to transfer them to my computer so it will have to wait until another blog.
We did our walking to the mall in our few off minutes but got a lot of steps in!
