Day 7 A Half Marathon a week!
Every 7 days we clock a half marathon if we walk30 every day ... I love it!It is so tangible walking and achieving a 21 K because you set out every day to walk 30 minutes and approximately 3K and you do that for 7 days and ... 21K ... as easy as that.
So celebrate this first half marathon of September because there are more to come. For some of the Walk On Strong group here in Kitchener there will be a 21 K tomorrow morning starting at 7 a.m.
We are doing our last long distance walk tomorrow morning in preparation for the Minds In Motion K W Walking Classic on September 23rd.
At 8 a.m. the 10 K group is of and walking and at 9 a.m. it will be the 5 K group that hits the road.
