Day 30 The July Walk30 Canada Challenge starts!
Today's walk was perfect. An early morning and a clear blue sunny sky ... there was a big group out this morning for both the 5K and the 14K walk and it was inspiring to see so many walking along the streets this morning ... especially on the Canada weekend.We had another walk with our puppy Annie this evening amid the neighborhood fireworks. We are warming up for the big day tomorrow. Canada celebrates her birthday well ... I am starting out my July walk30 Challenge with an early morning walk tomorrow.
I hope you decide to join me and walk 30 minutes a day for the month of July ... it will help you get ready for the Minds in Motion K W Walking Classic on September 23.
