Day 14 A Valentine's Day walk
We had a great turn out for our Walk On Strong group walk tonight! It is always surprising just how many of us want to get out there on a Tuesday night in the winter darkness to walk in the company of like minded folk ... and that is good.
The weather is with us again ... warm and a little slushy and good for walking. We just aren't going to have a normal winter this year and we have to just face it .. and enjoy.
