Day 25 Power Walking WorkshopDave and I were lucky enough to have been host to a group of wonderful women that will be training for the Minds in Motion K W Walking Classic half marathon over the summer months. They are all looking to improve their technique, fitness, speed and endurance. They were also a group that seemed to have a great time walking together. That is always the most important part of walking.
We started off with an hour of basic training and then after a little talking went out to talk about how to tackle hills.
