Day 27 Warm-up for walkers!One of my favorite magazines is Prevention. They have lots of relevant, up to date information for keeping yourself healthy and fit and they keep it simple. They are also big fans of WALKING and promote walking, walking communities and walker friendly events in their magazine on a regular basis.
I just got an email from Prevention and there was a very good video with an effective warm-up for walkers.
I had the very best walk30 today ... it was a walking meeting with one of the wonderful people I am working with on our research project. Instead of sitting in the office we headed off down the road ... it was a great meeting and a great walk ... can't beat it!!
