Day 6 Just a 30 Minute Walk
Day 6 ...this was one of those hot, steamy days when there is a heat advisory and all you want to do is melt. Here is our Newfoundland Terra Nova one hot summer day a few years ago. She would just dig herself a cool place in the garden and settle in the shade.
For most of the day I hid from the heat too but after the sun went down I headed out for my 30 minute walk. There are lots of days when it's just too hot, too cold or too wet to walk but that's why we need the Walk30 Challenge to get us out that door. I hope you had a great Walk30 too! Walk On Strong! Sue
