Day 13 and 14 Walking in Niagara Falls
Day 13 and 14 Happy Valentines Day! Dave and I decided to get out of town and headed to Niagara on Thursday! Here is the view from our room at the Marriot!
Both days were cloudy and damp but who cares when you are away from home. We visited the 30 Bench Winery and wandered around Niagara Falls a little. I ended up doing my walk30 on a treadmill both days in the exercise room but ... what the heck ... I walked!
We are back home and back to reality ... that's okay ... walking tomorrow with the group for 10 K. Walk On Strong! Sue
